Mike Whieldon and B&M Logging Ltd. (the “Appellants”) appealed a determination by the District Manager, that the Appellants had contravened sections 45(1) and 45(3) of the Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act.  By consent of the parties, the Commission rescinded the District Manager’s determination.
